CEO + CTO

“Technology should do more than make life easier. It should empower us to live better.”

Nawrose Nur is a former World Youth Chess Champion turned software developer and systems architect with over twenty years of experience in enterprise technology, healthcare information systems, and software architecture. With a background spanning computer science, psychology, and health informatics, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to developing technology that addresses complex, real-world challenges.

His talent for strategic thinking emerged early. In 1990, at just nine years old, Nawrose won the World Youth Chess Championship in the Under-10 division. That early foundation in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and strategic planning would later complement his career in software engineering and systems architecture.

Throughout his career, Nawrose has specialized in designing and modernizing complex enterprise systems, including electronic health record (EHR) integration, legacy modernization, and scalable technology solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Rochester and a master's degree in Health Informatics from Louisiana Tech University. His experience also extends to technology education, where he has taught artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and practical AI applications.

As Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Technology Officer of Astravelle, Nawrose draws on his expertise in systems architecture, healthcare technology, and software development to shape the company's technical direction and product vision. His work focuses on building scalable, research-informed technology that translates scientific knowledge into personalized, practical guidance.
